Irene McNulty
Hi! I’m Irene. I have been a BCBA for four years now. Prior to that, I was a teacher for fifteen years. I began my career teaching high school English and ended that journey as a Special Education teacher at a residential school. Working with children of all ages has been a life-long passion of mine. Ever since becoming a BCBA, I have discovered that I am also quite passionate about getting to know my clients’ families and building a supportive relationship with their caregivers.
As someone who is also neurodivergent, I strongly believe in practicing a compassionate form of ABA that supports and strengthens, but never seeks to change, the unique personalities of every individual child.
Outside of my love for children, I am an immensely quirky individual who has a love for all things nerdy and geeky. I am a passionate board gamer, explorer, and mother of cats.
