Program Director - Allston and Director of Training / Professional Development

Janelle Clarke

After graduating from UMass Amherst with a bachelor’s in psychology and education, I had the privilege of working with a neurodivergent learner whom, through support of ABA methodologies, was able to access the least restrictive environment needed to be an engaged and happy student. I enrolled in a graduate program in special education, with a focus in applied behavior analysis, at UMass Boston in 2013 and I am forever grateful that I did.

Since then, I have worked in center-based, home-based, and school-based settings, as a BT, BCBA, Program Manager, and Clinical Director. I have served so many amazing children/adolescents and have worked alongside some, seriously, talented colleagues. I love how this field adapts and grows to serve our clients and how we strive to do better each day.

Some facts about me: I am a mom of two little girls, devour books in my spare time, and keep backyard chickens!
