Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position
Job Description:
- Design and supervise behavior analytic interventions in the home, community, and center;
- Develop specific objectives and interventions to be incorporated into a participant’s new or existing risk management/safety plan;
- Develop Behavior Support Plans that identify specific and measurable objectives, performance goals and interventions (e.g., skills training, reinforcement systems, removal of triggering stimuli, graduated exposure to triggering stimuli, etc.) that are designed to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific behaviors related to a participant’s mental health condition(s);
- Perform ongoing data collection and analysis via ReThink;
- Perform curriculum implementation tailored to each individual client;
- Manage ongoing training and supervision of behavioral therapists and registered behavioral therapists;
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments using descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results;
- Document observations of participants in the home and community;
- Conduct other relevant assessments as clinically indicated (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS);
- Monitor and update treatment plans, risk management/safety plans and progress reports;
- Develop specific and measurable parent/guardian/caregiver treatment goals and conduct parent training on how to implement strategies identified in the behavior support plan via Behavior Skills Training;
- Communicate effectively with other BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, clients, families, and administration;
- Follow all organizational policies and procedures; and
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team to meet efficiency and productivity goals for caseloads and billable hours on a weekly basis.

Requirements:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related field; one year of experience in the job offered or as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing supervision of and performing fieldwork in applied behavior analyst (ABA) services; and certification as a BCBA and licensure as a LABA in Massachusetts.
Travel: To clients’ homes two to five times per week within an approximate 30-mile radius.
Hours: 40/week, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Worksite: 59 Lowes Way Lowell, MA 01752; option to work one half day per week remotely in Massachusetts on non-billable tasks
