At ABI, our clinical team comes from all different walks of life – and paths – and many arrive as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). RBTs are the unsung heroes of many organizations. They are often the direct connect with a client and a family. But what is the path to become an RBT? We seek to recruit, train, and retain highly qualified team members and one way we do this as ABI is to engage some of our staff in our RBT Roadmap. To assist, we provide in-house, step-by-step training and supervision of staff on the path to becoming and RBT. In addition, we even help with test preparation once training is done and we cover the cost of the exam.
